DESIGN
Graphic design is considered the starting point of any printing process.
Our department allows us to handle everything from a physical sample to digital files to the creation of dummies.
SHEETER
We have custom leafing service with roll width capacities up to 140cms and with centers from 6inches to 12inches. We also have a 120 cm airbed and clearing guillotine to refine and improve the quality of our customers.
We also have a guillotine with air bed and 120 cms clearance.
OFFSET PRINTING
It is the most widespread printing process that is characterized by having a very clear and precise definition in its colors and finishes.
We have a Roland Rekord 5-color printer plus varnish tower with a 71x102cm format and a capacity of 10,000 sheets per hour
CUTTING AND DIE-CUTTING
We have a Bobst die cutter with a format of 72x102cms and a capacity of 7,500 sheets per hour and a Bobst die cutter with a format of 90x120cms with a capacity of 3,500 sheets per hour, which allows us to handle different complexities of die cutting according to customer needs.
We also have a guillotine with air bed and 120 cms clearance.

ASSEMBLY
In the assembly team we have two folding machines, one “International” that allows us to assemble boxes with linear gluing and automatic bottom in 130cms format. and a capacity of +10,000 pieces per hour and another “Staude Master” for the assembly of 4 and 6 corner drawers in 101cms format. and capacity of +10,000 pieces per hour, thus providing a value-added service for the customer.
